What is WTI?
ETI stands for epistemic typology indicator. It is a new form of typing developed by John Wright, the founder of Guerrilla Psychology. Drawing influence from MBTI, enneagram and Jung's theory of cognitive functions, it analyses how we interact with both the known and unknown. This information is then used to identify an archetype that can be easily identified with. Every type has two corresponding archetypes that determine how a person forms ambitions and ethics. These are the aspirational type and the conscience type. A third type exists within the unconscious. It points to aspects of ourselves that we seek to repress. There are 8 types in total: healer, sage, gambler, hedonist, guardian, warrior, provocateur and seeker.
